Due to the bespoke and strategic nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. Any exception must be agreed upon in writing. Where applicable, approved refunds will reflect the proportion of services not yet delivered.

Either party may terminate services in accordance with contractual terms. PIXELKINCSEK reserves the right to terminate access immediately in cases of breach, misconduct, or non-payment. Upon termination, outstanding fees remain payable.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable international commercial laws. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith, and if unresolved, through competent courts or arbitration as determined by PIXELKINCSEK.
